Ally was designed with versatility in mind, and can be used to safely store any products away from unintended users.
Use it to store your cannabis, cannabis-infused foods, medications, jewelry, cash, expensive face serums, passports...the possibilities are endless! For inspiration on how our community use their Ally boxes, check us out @the.allyco.
Setting the code on your Ally is simple and easy. The default code on every Ally is 0-0-0.
To set your personal code, follow these 3 steps:
1. Press the reset button on the top of the lid until you hear a click sound.
2. Turn the dials to your desired code.
3. Once your code is in place, press the unlock button until you hear a click sound. The release reset button will pop up and your new code will be applied.
4. Remember the orientation at which you set your code (from left to right, with the unlock button to the left), to avoid confusion when unlocking your box.
To change your code again, repeat steps 1 to 3.
IMPORTANT: Take note of your personal code. The code cannot be reset without the original combination. We recommend saving your code somewhere with your other passwords.
Absolutely, however, you must remember your original code. To reset the code on your Ally, follow steps 1-3 listed above, under “how do I set the code on my Ally”.
For the best long term care, we recommend hand-washing your Ally. If you choose to place the base of the container in the dishwasher, you do not need to remove the silicone sleeve. The integrated lock is water-resistant, however it is not dishwasher safe. The lid should be cleaned by hand.
We highly recommend saving your code in your Notes on your phone, or on an app where you store all your other passwords. Alternatively, you can write it down on a sticky note and keep in a low traffic spot (like a bedside drawer). You can also share it with your partner.
For safety reasons, your code cannot be changed if you forget your code and get locked out. We cannot accept returns or exchanges if you forget your code. Be sure to check out our helpful tips for remembering your code.
Ally was designed as a discrete storage solution that can fit into any space, including your fridge. Some keep it in their kitchen, while others may keep it in their bedroom, bathroom, home office, or living room. For inspiration on how to use your Ally, check us out @the.allyco.

We accept approved returns within 14 days of the delivery date of your order. Please do not send back any products without our approval, otherwise your refund will not be processed.
To initiate a return, please email hello@theallyco.com with your order number and a reason for your return. Once your return is approved, we will provide you with return instructions.
You will have 14 days from the return approval date to ship the product back to us. Your product must be unused and in the original packaging that it came in.
Once your return has been received and accepted, you will receive a full refund to your original method of payment. Refunds may take 7 business days to show on your account.
